I cannot get my reader to start?

1-      Press on the power button for a few seconds until light turns on

2-      Check if the reader is charged


I cannot find the reader with the PreDiagnose Online

1-      Check if the Bluetooth is enabled. If it is not enabled on the reader then press shortly on the power button to enable the Bluetooth

2-      Check if you have enabled device location on your phone and access to fine location is granted.

Does PreDiagnose or PreDiagnose Online app keep my medical record?

No, after the measurement is conducted and the results is presented on your smart device all the data will be erased. PreDiagnose will not have access to your measurement at any point and will not be able to recover any previous readings. If you would like to keep a medical record, we advise that you register your measurement in a safe location so others will not have access to it.

How do I login to PreDiagnose Online?

1-      First you need to be connected to the internet

2-      Use your email to create a secure session. Once you enter your email and press login you will get an activation code which you can use to enter the program.

3-      Note that the session allows you to stay logged in for 8 hours and then you will need to login again.

4-      Prediagnose Online does not register your email and will not create an account for you. If you need to login again you will have to repeat the steps above.

5-      If you would like to log out then you need to actively go to the menu and press on log out.

Do I get my own password?

No, Prediagnose Online works on creating sessions with activation codes that automatically expire and you will need to create a new session afterwards. In that way we do not register you as a user and we ensure more privacy to our clients as we do not register them in our system.

Can I reuse the sensor to do multiple tests?

The sensor is for single-time use and the QR code will expire after the measurement is completed.

Do I get notified if PreDiagnose Online Privacy Policy and Terms of Service changed/updated?

Yes, you will always be notified if we have updated our Privacy Policy or Terms of Service in a pushup notification when you log in to the application.

Why does PreDiagnose Online ask me to access device location?

PreDiagnose Online will not access or see your location. This is a requirement from the android system to be able to use the Bluetooth.

Why does PreDiagnose Online asking me to enable the camera and to allow to take a photo or record a video?

PreDiagnose Online does not take a picture or video. PreDiagnose Online need to access the camera to read the sensor barcode

I received the activation code but when entering the code the following message is showing up “We’re sorry, something went wrong”?

The activation code has an expiration time of 1 minute. If you fail to enter the code within 60 seconds you will have to request a new code, you can do that by pressing “did not get the code”
